Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Time:

• Domestic (U.S.): 4–8 business days

• International: 7–21 business days (depending on location)

Shipping Costs:

• Calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

• Free standard shipping on orders over $50 (U.S. only).

Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your plush’s journey home.

Delays:
While we do our best to meet expected delivery times, some delays may occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
